Your holistic nutritionist shops just for you! The cost of premium groceries are included in your service. We strive to purchase local, organic ingredients and we only shop for what’s needed to reduce waste.
Let’s get in the kitchen! Our favourite part and your’s. We’ll wield our magic wand (or chef’s knife) and you’ll come home to the delicious smell of home-cooked meals, made just for you, by your personal nutritionist. We store all meals in your kitchenware, which we are proud to say helps to even further reduce packaging and waste.

The McEwan Family
Sarah and David came to me because as busy professionals with two children, their life was pretty full with appointments, meetings, sports events and so much more. Even though they both agreed that healthy eating was a top priority, they had trouble finding the time to find recipes, grocery shop, cook, clean and still have time to spend with the kids and each other.
They called me and I was able to create a customized meal plan that suited their family’s needs and lifestyle. They mostly struggled with dinners so I created a weekly menu of five different recipes and made them 20 servings for the week. They found they often had leftovers and were enjoying these for lunch.
Sarah was thrilled she didn’t have to rush home from work and worry about making dinner. Instead she now comes home and helps the kids finish up their homework, knowing that all she needs to do is heat up delicious, healthy and nutritious meals.
Dinner time is no longer stressful and Sarah, David and the kids can now all sit down and enjoy their meals together as a family.

Charlotte and Ethan love entertaining and meeting up with their friends for dinner, but they realised their lifestyle was taking a toll on their budget and on their health.
They contacted me because there were looking for fast, delicious and healthy week day meals as well as, easy grab-and-go breakfasts since they were usually rushing in the morning.
I was able to create a plan that still allowed them to enjoy socializing with their friends while also nourishing their bodies. We decided on a bi-weekly cooking schedule with some of the meals being freeze-friendly, which gave them the flexibility they needed.
We also worked on several nutrient-dense breakfasts, which helps Charlotte and Ethan avoid grabbing costly breakfasts on-the-go.

Judy found me through a work colleague when she complained about the hassles of cooking for one. As a single, busy professional, she often relied on takeout and TV dinners after getting home late.
She also suspected she had a sensitivity to gluten and dairy as she often felt bloated, fatigued and uncomfortable.
We worked on a whole meal overhaul for Judy as she felt that she too often relied on unhealthy alternatives. We created a plan that involved balanced breakfasts, lunches and dinners, as well as healthy snacks. With long days, Judy really appreciated having tasty snacks she didn’t have to worry about.
Judy loves that she can come home to a fridge full of delicious food that not only tastes great, but also makes her feel great.
The Morrison Family
Liam and Olivia contacted me because they were expecting a new addition to their family. With Olivia’s due date fast approaching, they wanted to stock up on healthy and nourishing meals for the soon-to-be mama.
I created a menu with lots of hearty ingredients to keep Olivia energized and well-nourished while she looked after her newborn.
Once baby Julia was born, the family invited me back to continue creating delicious meals for Liam and Olivia so they could focus on all the many responsibilites that come with being new parents.
As a mama myself, it has been a joy working with this young family to help take the kitchen responsibilites off their plate so they can enjoy their time together, while still getting the nutrition they need.
